These terms are an agreement between you and Afterlume Labs ("we") for the Zeptap Mac app and zeptap.com. By downloading or using Zeptap, you agree to them.
Your license
- Your first hour of live use is free. After that, Zeptap needs a license key.
- A license lets you use Zeptap on up to 3 Macs and with up to 3 iPhones.
- Monthly renews every month until you cancel. When the subscription ends, the license stops working.
- Lifetime is a one-time payment for the current and future versions of Zeptap, for as long as we offer it.
- The license is for you or your organization. Don't resell, share publicly or try to get around the license check.
Zeptap is licensed, not sold. We keep all rights in the app, the website and the Zeptap name.
Payments
Dodo Payments sells Zeptap as our merchant of record, and their terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars, and taxes are added where required. For refunds or billing questions, emailsaransh@afterlumelabs.com.
Using Zeptap responsibly
Zeptap controls an iPhone on your behalf, and you're responsible for what it does. In particular:
- Only use it with iPhones and accounts you own or are authorized to operate.
- Follow the terms of the apps and services you automate, including social platforms.
- Don't use it to spam, create fake engagement, impersonate people, get around another service's security, or do anything illegal.
- Check what your agent does. AI agents make mistakes, and actions taken on your iPhone (messages sent, posts shared, settings changed) are yours.
We may end a license that's used in breach of these terms.
Third parties
Zeptap works with AI agents and model providers you choose, under your own agreements with them. We're not responsible for their services. iPhone, iMessage and iCloud are trademarks of Apple Inc. Zeptap isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
No warranty
Zeptap is provided "as is". iOS and macOS updates can change how it works, and we can't promise it will work with every app, device or version, or without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost accounts or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Zeptap in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top, and continuing to use Zeptap means you accept the update.
